About

Our mission is to give people care that treats the whole person rather than the loudest symptom. That means looking at hair, skin, hormones, metabolism, and energy as one connected system, building every plan around your goals and your physiology rather than a standard protocol, and being honest when a treatment is not the right answer for what you are describing. We would rather do less and do it well than sell you something you did not need. Results here are meant to look like you on a good day, not like you had work done.
We want to see a version of this industry where hair restoration, aesthetics, and wellness stop being treated as separate worlds. A weight concern is often a hormone concern. Tired, dull skin is often a sleep or inflammation concern. Inflammation and lifestyle often effect hair health. When those conversations happen in the same room with the same provider, patients stop managing symptoms one at a time and start getting to causes. Our vision is a practice where that kind of care is the standard rather than the exception, and where every person who walks through the door leaves understanding their own body a little better than when they arrived.

Meet our team members

Her approach is conservative and unhurried. Consultations start with your history and your goals rather than a treatment menu, and she is known for being direct about what will help, what will not, and what can wait. Patients regularly describe her as kind, knowledgeable, and refreshingly honest, and her aesthetic work leans toward small, subtle enhancements that keep you looking like yourself.
Outside of injectables and skin, Madison leads the practice's integrative hair restoration and wellness care, including restorative hair treatments, hormone therapy, medical weight loss, and peptide protocols, because she believes the results you see on the outside hold better when what is happening underneath is working properly.

In his role here, Dr. Bailey provides dedicated clinical oversight in strict compliance with North Carolina state law and medical board regulations. That oversight is not a formality. It means the protocols we follow, the treatments we offer, and the standards we hold ourselves to are reviewed by a physician with four decades of clinical judgment behind him.
