Medical-Grade Skincare
Why Medical Grade Matters
The difference between a drugstore product and a medical grade one is not the packaging. It comes down to the concentration of active ingredients, how those ingredients are formulated to reach the layer of skin where they do something, and whether the claims on the label have any research behind them. A retinol at a fraction of an effective strength will not change your skin no matter how long you keep using it.
What we carry is chosen because it works and because it suits specific concerns, not because it sells well. Retinoids for cell turnover and fine lines. Vitamin C for brightness and antioxidant protection. Growth factors and peptides for repair. A well formulated sunscreen, which does more for the long term appearance of your skin than almost anything else you could buy.
It also has to be a routine you will actually follow. A twelve step regimen you abandon in three weeks helps nobody. We would rather build something around four or five products you use consistently and adjust it as your skin changes with the seasons, your hormones, and whatever else we happen to be treating.

How We Build Your Routine
It starts with looking at your skin properly and asking what you are currently using. A surprising number of skin complaints come from over treating, from using too many actives at once, or from a barrier that has been stripped and never allowed to recover. Sometimes the first recommendation is to take things away rather than add more.
From there we build in order of what will make the most difference. Cleanser and sunscreen come first and are not negotiable. Then we introduce actives one at a time, with instructions on how often to use them and how to build tolerance, so you are not starting three new products on the same night with no way of knowing which one caused the reaction.
Working Alongside Your Treatments
Home care and in clinic treatments are not separate things. Preparing the skin properly before microneedling changes how well it responds, and the right products afterward protect the investment you just made. If you are having treatments with us, your routine gets adjusted around them so the two are working together rather than against each other.
A short, sustainable routine built around your skin and your treatment plan, using products at concentrations high enough to make a difference.

Do I need a consultation to buy products?
Not always, but we would rather look at your skin first. Recommending actives without knowing what you are already using is how barriers get damaged.
How long before I see a difference?
Hydration and brightness can shift within a few weeks. Texture, pigment, and fine lines generally take about three months of consistent use.
Can I keep using my current products?
Often yes, though we will want to review them. Duplicating actives or layering too many at once is one of the most common causes of irritation.
Will products alone fix my concern?
They improve skin quality substantially, but for structural concerns like deep scarring or volume loss, home care supports in clinic treatment rather than replacing it.
